Dr Paul Dettloff's workshops on
Complete Cow Care in March 2012

Dr Paul Dettloff is a holistic dairy veterinarian with over 40 years of experience in the industry who now acts as the consulting vet for the 1400 dairy farms in the Organic Valley milk cooperative in the USA.

Over the last 20 years he has developed a range of natural remedies from plant compounds and they are now used on thousands of farms and by dozens of veterinary practices throughout the USA. Dr Dettloff has found that the remedies are most effective when used proactively which emphasises the importance of observing your animals’ health closely and responding quickly when problems start to develop.

He will present seven New Zealand workshops on cutting edge cow care in the last half of March 2012. Dr Dettloff knows where the dairy industry has been, what the challenges are, what the consumer is demanding and how to manage a herd for profit within environmental constraints.
